Choosing the Best Organic Foods
Many people are trying to buy their
foods organically. The focus tends to be on buying organic fruits and
vegetables.
However, what most people do not
know is that animals store pesticides and toxins in their fat. And, the animal
products are much more dangerous in pollutants than any fruit or vegetable
might be.
The amount of pesticides on
produce is very minimal compared to the huge amount of toxins to be found in
the fat of animals. You have to watch out for milk, cheese, butter, fish,
chicken, beef, and pork.
Unless you are buying organic eggs
or meats, you are buying foods that are high in dangerous elements. If you have
the money to buy animal products, make sure that you buy only organic products.
You will most likely have to get
your items from a health food store. You can save a lot of money by just buying
grains, beans, potatoes, vegetables, and fruits for all your protein and
calcium needs.
These foods actually have a
plentiful supply of protein. The herbivores get their protein from the plants,
and the carnivores get their protein from the herbivores.
And, contrary to erroneous
beliefs, humans are not carnivores. Many scientific studies prove that humans
are prone to unlimited types of diseases when they eat animal products.
In fact, that is where all the
diseases come from. So, if you are worried about pesticides and eating
organically, you should probably go vegan or buy all of your animal products
from a health food store.
You will save money and have much
better health if you just switch to a 100% vegetarian diet. If you switch to a
vegan diet, you will probably be getting an abundant supply of vitamins and
minerals.
These super antioxidants will help
your liver to eliminate any minimal amount of toxins present. Then, if you have
a little money and want to be super healthy, you can start buying organic
produce.
The benefits of buying your
produce organically is that you will be buying a superior product. Studies have
shown that organic plant foods have a much higher content of nutrition than the
conventionally grown plants.
However, when it comes to bananas,
pineapple, oranges, and avocados, you don't have to buy them organically. You
will just be taking the peelings off and discarding them, so it's not a big
deal to try to get them organic.
It's also not necessary to get
cruciferous vegetables organically. You can go ahead and buy broccoli,
cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage, and kale conventionally. Bugs are not
as attracted to these strong sulfuric vegetables.
It's also not necessary to buy
organic root vegetables, since they grow underground and usually don't have a
bug problem. But, thin-skinned tomatoes, pears, and peaches would be better if
you bought them organically.
Heavy pesticides are used to
protect them. Ironically, this amount of pesticide is a small drop in the
bucket compared to the massive amount stored in the fat of animals. Shop wisely
for your health.
